Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 24 – CT Real Estate Investment Trust sold C$200 million of 9.8-year series F senior unsecured debentures (/BBB+//DBRS: BBB (high)) with a 3.865% coupon on Wednesday, according to a news release.
TD Securities and Scotiabank were the lead managers.
The company intends to use the proceeds to pay down certain amounts outstanding under its credit facility and to retain the balance for general business purposes.
CT REIT is a Toronto-based closed-end real estate investment trust that owns commercial properties in Canada.
