Concord, N.H., Aug. 24 – China’s Anhui Transportation Holding Group Co. Ltd. sold $400 million 1.618% five-year senior notes (A3), according to a company release.
Order books for the deal reached $5 billion, and the coupon was tightened from 2.068% initial price talk.
The proceeds will be used primarily for refinancing.
The issuer is based in Hong Kong.
