New Issue: Auburn, Ala., prices $78.15 million of sewer general obligation bonds

New York, June 12 – The City of Auburn, Ala., sold $78,145,000 of series 2015 sewer general obligation bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa2/AA+) were sold through the Frazier Lanier Co. Inc.
The bonds are due 2021 to 2035 with term bonds due in 2040 and 2045. The serial coupons range from 2.25% to 5% with 1.96% to 3.51% yields. The 2040 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 98.14 to yield 4.12% and a 5.25% coupon priced at 113.405 to yield 3.62%. The 2045 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 97.108 to yield 4.17%.
Proceeds will be used to finance sewer system capital improvements.
