First Sponsor redeems 3.98% series 2 convertibles in full

New York, Oct. 8 – First Sponsor Group Ltd. redeemed all of its outstanding 3,212,065 3.98% series 2 convertible securities, effective Oct. 8, according to a company announcement.

The total distribution amount payable was S$45,076.80, and the redemption amount was S$4,220,761.30.

First Sponsor is an investment holding company based in the Cayman Islands.
