China Aircraft Leasing plans to price dollar-denominated bonds

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 27 – China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Ltd. is planning to issue dollar-denominated bonds, according to a company filing.

Bookrunners are China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd. and China Everbright Securities (HK) Ltd.

The Regulation S notes will be issued via wholly owned subsidiary CALC Bond 3 Ltd.

The aircraft leasing company is based in Hong Kong.
