Hong Kong’s Southwest Securities plans dollar-denominated bonds

Olympia, Wash., April 8 – Southwest Securities International Securities Ltd. plans to conduct an international offering of dollar-denominated bonds, according to a company announcement.

Southwest Securities International, BNP Paribas, Haitong International, CLSA, Standard Chartered Bank, Bocom International, China Citic Bank International, China Everbright Bank Hong Kong Branch, CMBC Capital, CMB International, Founder Securities (Hong Kong) Capital Ltd., Huatai Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd., ICBC International and Orient Securities (Hong Kong) are the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the Regulation S offering.

Southwest Securities International, BNP Paribas, Haitong International, CLSA and Standard Chartered Bank are also the joint global coordinators.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt and for working capital.

The issue is subject to market conditions and investor interest.

The issuer is a financial services company based in Hong Kong. Its controlling shareholder is Southwest Securities Co. Ltd.
