New Issue: Citi prices $1.4 million autocallable equity-linked notes on three stocks

Chicago, May 20 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.4 million of autocallable equity-linked securities due Oct. 18, 2024 tied to Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., ConocoPhillips and Tesla, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes carry a coupon of 10.65% per year, payable quarterly.
After six months, the notes will be automatically redeemed at par plus interest if the worst-performing stock closes greater than or equal to its initial price on any quarterly observation date.
If the notes are not called and the final price of each stock is at least 50% of its initial price, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing stock.
