Eversource Energy intends to sell five-, 10-year senior notes

New York, March 7 – Eversource Energy is set to sell senior notes in two parts, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The offering includes series I notes due March 15, 2021 and series J notes due March 15, 2026.

The joint bookrunners are Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, TD Securities (USA) LLC, RBC Capital Markets LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

Ramirez & Co. Inc. is the co-manager.

Proceeds will be used to repay short-term debt.

The Boston-based company is engaged in the energy deliver business through utility subsidiaries.
