LCM XII may redeem several classes of rated notes

Chicago, July 10 – LCM XII LP as issuer and LCM XII LLC as co-issuer sent a notice about a possible redemption of some classes of rated notes.

The issuers sent the notice to holders of the class A-R notes, class B-R notes, class C-R notes, class D-R notes, class E notes and income notes.

The issuer has been notified that some holders or beneficial owners of LP certificates have begun talks about a potential redemption of the notes, according to the issuer notice.
