VistaJet Malta guides $400 million five-year notes in 6½% area; pricing Thursday

Portland, Ore., May 12 – VistaJet Malta Finance is guiding a non-rated $400 million offering of five-year senior notes with a yield in the 6½% area, according to a market source.

The deal is expected to price on Thursday.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Jefferies LLC are the joint bookrunners.

The notes come with two years of call protection.

The Baar, Switzerland-based airline plans to use the proceeds to repay debt and fund aircraft purchases.
