New Issue: Asian Seafoods sells 200 million baht 4.35% two-year bonds at par

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 29 – Thailand’s Asian Seafoods Coldstorage PCL said it issued 200 million baht of 4.35% two-year bonds at par on Thursday.

Capital Nomura Securities plc is the underwriter.

This is the company’s third tranche of unsubordinated debentures. The company previously issued two tranches of bonds totaling 337.5 million baht. Shareholders had approved the issuance of up to 2 billion baht of bonds in June 2015.

The Bangkok company makes frozen and canned seafood products.
