KKR CLO 11 to redeem class A, class B, class C, class D, class E notes

Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 26 – KKR CLO 11 Ltd. and KKR CLO 11 LLC will redeem their class A, class B, class C, class D and class E notes in full using refinancing proceeds on or after Nov. 2, according to a notice to noteholders.

The redemption is being made at the direction of the holders of a majority of the subordinated notes.

KKR Financial Advisors II, LLC manages the CLO, which priced in May 2015.

The firm is a subsidiary of KKR Asset Management, LLC.
