Constellis Holdings readies loan lender call for Friday morning

New York, June 22 – Constellis Holdings LLC is scheduled to hold a lender call for credit facility lenders at 11 a.m. ET on Friday, according to a market source.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the lead bank on the deal.

Constellis is a Reston, Va.-based provider of operational support and risk management services to government and commercial clients.
