Baltimore Gas and Electric offers 30-year notes via six bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., June 2 – Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. will conduct an offering of notes due June 15, 2050, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call until Dec. 15, 2049 and then a par call.

Credit Agricole CIB, SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc., U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc., CIBC World Markets Corp., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Mizuho Securities USA Inc. are the bookrunners. Santander Investment Securities Inc. is the senior co-manager.

Proceeds will be used to repay commercial paper obligations and for general corporate purposes.

Baltimore-based Baltimore Gas and Electric is a subsidiary of Exelon Corp.
