Latham & Watkins adds Uhland to restructuring practice in New York

Columbus, Ohio, April 27 – Latham & Watkins LLP said Suzzanne Uhland has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in the restructuring and special situations practice within the finance department.

Uhland has advised parties in Chapter 11 reorganizations and out of court restructurings and buyers and sellers in Bankruptcy Code Section 363(b) sales and other distressed transactions, according to a news release.

Uhland joins Latham from O'Melveny & Myers LLP.

Latham & Watkins is a law firm with offices in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
