Moody’s gives Acrisure notes Caa2

Moody's Investors Service said it gave a Caa2 rating to $500 million of senior unsecured notes being issued by Acrisure, LLC.

The agency affirmed Acrisure’s Caa2 senior unsecured rating on July 19.

The company expects to use proceeds, together with proceeds of a previously announced senior secured term loan, to help fund acquisitions and to repay revolver borrowings.

The outlook is unchanged at stable.
