New Issue: Build NYC Resource sells $50.17 million Ethical Culture Fieldstone debt

New York, April 30 – Build NYC Resource Corp. sold $50.17 million of series 2015 revenue bonds for the Ethical Culture Fieldstone School, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/A-/A+) were sold through BofA Merrill Lynch.
The bonds are due 2016 to 2035 with 3% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to finance the construction, equipment and improvement of buildings on the institution’s Bronx campus, as well as to refund the corporation’s series 2005 bonds.
