Moody’s changes Binhai view

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook on Binhai Investment Co. Ltd.’s Ba1 corporate family and senior unsecured debt ratings to stable from negative.

At the same time, the agency affirmed the ratings.

"The change in outlook to stable reflects BICL's improved standalone credit profile, which is supported by its stable growth in gas volumes and reduction in its reliance in connected party gas sales," Osbert Tang, Moody's vice president and senior analyst, said in a news release.

The stable outlook incorporates Moody's expectation that Binhai will continue to achieve stable gas sales volume growth.
