Salt Mobile announces €400 million offering of 10-year secured notes

Portland, Ore., Nov. 13 – Salt Mobile SA announced in a Monday press release that it has launched a €400 million Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of 10-year senior secured notes.

The issuing entity will be Matterhorn Telecom SA.

The Renens, Switzerland-based telecom plans to use to the proceeds to partially redeem floating-rate senior secured notes due 2023.
