Windstream to launch roughly $700 million term loan B-6 on Monday

New York, Sept. 9 – Windstream Services LLC is scheduled to hold a lender call on Monday to launch a roughly $700 million term loan B-6, according to a market source.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the lead bank on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to refinance an existing term loan and to pay down some notes, the source said.

Windstream is a Little Rock, Ark.-based provider of network communications and technology solutions.
