ZF North America Capital canvasses fixed-income investors on Monday call via JPMorgan

Portland, Ore., April 3 – ZF North America Capital Inc., a subsidiary of Germany-based automotive technology components supplier ZF Friedrichshafen AG, scheduled conference calls with fixed-income investors on Monday, according to market sources.

A bond deal might follow, pending market conditions, a portfolio manager said.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC has the mandate, the portfolio manager added.
