Nigeria’s Africa Finance plans offering of new dollar notes

New York, April 1 – Africa Finance Corp. announced a new offering of notes on Monday that is being priced in tandem with a tender for its existing $750 million of 4 3/8% notes due 2020, a market source said.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes are being sold via joint bookrunners First Abu Dhabi Bank, JPMorgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, MUFG, and Rand Merchant Bank.

Africa Finance is Lagos, Nigeria-based infrastructure-financing entity.
