Okaloosa County, Fla., defeases $65.87 million of water, sewer bonds

Columbus, Ohio, June 5 – Okaloosa County, Fla., defeased $65.87 million in water and sewer revenue bonds, series 2004 and 2006, according to a notice.

The defeased series 2004 bonds, which will be redeemed on June 20 at par include:

• $3.68 million of 3.375% bonds due 2015; and

• $1,315,000 of 3.5% bonds due 2016.

The defeased series 2006 bonds, which will be redeemed on July 1, 2016 at par include:

• $525,000 of 4% bonds due July 1, 2016;

• $1.91 million of 4% bonds due 2017;

• $1,985,000 of 4.75% bonds due 2018;

• $2,080,000 of 4% bonds due 2019;

• $2.16 million of 4.75% bonds due 2020;

• $2,265,000 of 5% bonds due 2021;

• $2.38 million of 5% bonds due 2022;

• $ 2,495,000 of 5% bonds due 2023;

• $2.62 million of 4.5% bonds due 2024;

• $2.74 million of 4.5% bonds due 2025;

• $2,865,000 of 4.5% bonds due 2026;

• $2.99 million of 4.5% bonds due 2027;

• $3,125,000 of 4.5% bonds due 2028;

• $10,255,000 of 4.5% bonds due 2031;

• $3.73 million of 4.25% bonds due 2032; and

• $ 16.75 million of 5% bonds due 2036.

All of the bonds have due dates of July 1 of their respective years.
