Okaloosa County, Fla., to sell $69.02 million water, sewer bonds

New York, April 28 – Okaloosa County, Fla., is set to come to market with $69.02 million of series 2015 water and sewer revenue refunding bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa3//AA-) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Crews & Associates Inc. and RBC Capital Markets LLC as the lead managers.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to construct, acquire and extend the county’s water and sewer systems, as well as refund the county’s series 2004, 2006 and 2012 water and sewer bonds.
