Chicago, Jan. 3 – Uruguay’s ACI Airport Sudamerica, SA’s exchange offer resulted in $246 million total of new 6 7/8% senior secured guaranteed notes due 2034 (Ba1//BB+) being issued, according to a press release.
The new notes are guaranteed by parent Cerealsur SA.
In the exchange offer, $193 million of notes were issued and the company sold an additional $53 million of the same notes to two institutional investors.
The parent company manages a total of 52 airports in seven countries across Latin America and Europe.
