New Issue: Decatur Township Multi-School, Ind., prices $69.88 million bonds

New York, April 8 – The Decatur Township Multi-School Building Corp. of Indiana sold $69.88 million of series 2015 ad valorem tax first mortgage multipurpose bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/AA+/) were sold through KeyBanc Capital Markets LLC.
The bonds are due 2015 to 2029 with 2% to 5% coupons and 0.3% to 3.2% yields.
Proceeds will be used to finance school capital projects.
