Collegium prices $55 million public offering of common stock at $20.00

Jefferies, Piper Jaffray, William Blair, Needham, Janney Montgomery assist

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 8 – Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. said it priced a $55 million public sale of stock with an $8.25 million greenshoe.

The company will sell 2.75 million common shares at $20.00 per share. The price per share is a 5.35% discount to the Jan. 7 closing share price of $21.13.

Jefferies LLC and Piper Jaffray & Co. are the bookrunners.

Settlement is expected Jan. 13.

The Canton, Mass., pharmaceutical company seeks to develop products to treat chronic pain and other diseases.
