New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.14 million participation notes on stock basket

Madison, Wis., Sept. 24 -Morgan Stanley priced $1.14 million of 0% participation securities due Oct. 8, 2014 linked to a basket of 15 equally weighted stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The underlying companies are Costco Wholesale Corp., Target Corp., Home Depot, Inc., Lowe's Cos., Inc., Lennar Corp., Pultegroup, Inc., D.R. Horton, Inc., KB Home, USG Corp., Owens Corning, Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., Wells Fargo & Co., Bank of America Corp., SunTrust Banks, Inc. and KeyCorp.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return with an adjustment factor of 99.65%.
