Voya CLO 2012-2 to redeem secured, income notes on July 17

Minneapolis, July 6 – Voya CLO 2012-2, Ltd./Voya CLO 2012-2, LLC said a supermajority of its income noteholders directed it to redeem five classes of secured notes and the income notes, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes will be redeemed on July 17 at the following total redemption prices:

• $99,405,909.87 of class A-R notes;

• $36,282,868.04 of class B-R notes;

• $30,816,749.31 of class C-R notes;

• $17,979,205.77 of class D-R notes; and

• $15,271,424.18 of class E-R notes.

For the income notes, the redemption price will be equal to any remaining principal proceeds remaining after the full payment for the secured notes.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
