New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.54 million return notes tied to basket of 12 stocks

San Luis Obispo, Calif., May 12 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.54 million of 0% return notes due May 25, 2016 linked to the a basket of 12 stocks, equally weighted, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket stocks are Costco Wholesale Corp., Delta Air Lines, Inc., Ford Motor Co., Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc., Home Depot, Inc., Jarden Corp., Macy’s Inc., McDonald’s Corp., Nike, Inc., Target Corp., and Walt Disney Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return multiplied by a basket adjustment factor of 100.2%.

Investors will lose some or all of their investment at maturity if the basket return reflects a decline in the closing basket level of more than about 0.1996%.
