S&P Dow Jones adds 20 issues to preferred stock index, drops one

New York, Oct. 11 – S&P Dow Jones Indices announced it will add 20 issues and drop one from the S&P U.S. Preferred Stock Index as a result of the October rebalancing of the index.

The changes will be effective at the close of business on Oct. 21, according to an announcement.

The preferreds to be added are AmTrust Financial Services Inc.’s 6.95% non-cumulative preferred shares series F, Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd.’s 5.625% non-cumulative perpetual preferred shares, Ashford Hospitality Trust Inc.’s 7 3/8% cumulative preferred shares series F, American Homes 4 Rent’s 6.35% cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred shares series E, Armour Residential REIT Inc.’s 7 7/8% cumulative redeemable preferred shares series B, Associated Banc-Corp’s non-cumulative perpetual preferred shares series D, Bank of America Corp.’s perpetual preferred shares series E, Belden Inc.’s 6.75% cumulative mandatory convertible preferred shares series B, Bank of America’s floating-rate non-cumulative preferred shares series 2, Capital One Financial Corp.’s 5.2% non-cumulative perpetual preferred shares series G, Gabelli Dividend & Income Trust’s 5.25% cumulative preferred shares series G, Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s floating-rate non-cumulative preferreds series C, KKR & Co. LP’s 6.5% non-cumulative perpetual preferred units series B, Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp.’s 6.125% cumulative redeemable preferred shares series C, National General Holdings Corp.’s 7.5% non-cumulative perpetual preferred shares series C, Northstar Realty Finance Corp.’s 8.5% cumulative redeemable preferred shares series D, Public Storage’s 4.95% cumulative preferred shares series D, Rayonier Advanced Materials Inc.’s 8% mandatory convertible preferred shares series A, Stifel Financial Corp.’s non-cumulative preferred shares series A and Seaspan Corp.’s 7.875% cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred shares series H.

The issue to be dropped is PartnerRe Ltd.’s 6.5% cumulative redeemable preferred shares series D.
