Beijing Capital talks three-year notes at 230 bps over Treasuries

Atlanta, March 25 – China’s Beijing Capital Group Co. Ltd. set initial talk at Treasuries plus 230 basis points for an offering of dollar-denominated three-year notes (Baa2/BBB/BBB), a market source said.

The proceeds from the notes will be used for general corporate purposes, including paying back existing debt.

The state-owned company aggregates private capital for investment in infrastructure, development, agriculture and loans.
