Fitch gives Goldman Sachs notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an expected BBB- rating to Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc.'s planned senior unsecured notes issuance.

The rating is consistent with those on the issuer’s senior unsecured notes.

The proceeds will be used to repay borrowings on secured credit facilities.

The outlook is stable.
