China’s Hang Fat Ginseng proposes HK$300 million 42-month bonds

Madison, Wis., March 18 – Hang Fat Ginseng Holdings Co. Ltd. is planning to issue up to HK$300 million of 42-month bonds, according to a company announcement.

The bonds will be issued at par, but the coupon has yet to be determined.

The company said the proceeds from the proposed issuance are intended to strengthen its working capital to support expansion plans and the development of health care related products.

The wholesale ginseng trader is based in Hong Kong.
