India’s SKS Power to issue debentures via a private placement

New York, March 16 – SKS Power Generation (Chhattisgarh) Ltd. plans to issue redeemable non-convertible debentures, according to a notice filed with the Bombay Stock Exchange.

The debt will be issued as a private placement.

SKS Power Generation is a coal-fired power station under construction in the state of Chhattisgarh, India. It is owned by Sithe Global Power, LLC, a New York-based company that develops and operates electricity generation facilities.
