Windstream Holdings seven-member unsecured creditors committee named

Pittsburgh, March 13 – Windstream Holdings, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Tuesday by Region 2 U.S. Trustee William K. Harrington, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The committee is comprised of Thomas Taylor of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., based in Washington, D.C.; Patricia M. Shea of the Communication Workers of America, AFL-CIO, CLC, based in Washington, D.C.; James Walter Grudus of AT&T Services, Inc. of Bedminster, N.J.; Brooks Beard of VeloCloud Networks, Inc. of Palo Alto, Calif.; Scot Callahan of Crown Castle Fiber of Boxborough, Mass.; David S. Crossley of LEC Services, Inc. of Los Lunas, N.M.; and Gavin Wilkinson of UMB Bank of Minneapolis.

Windstream is a Little Rock, Ark., telecommunications provider. The company filed bankruptcy on Feb. 25 under Chapter 11 case number 19-22312.
