Knoxville, Tenn., April 22 – Aduro Biotech, Inc. said it completed a $25 million private placement of stock on April 20.
The company sold 1,470,588 common shares at $17.00 apiece. The price per share is 57.5% discount to the April 17 closing share price of $40.00.
The clinical-stage immuno-oncology company is based in Berkeley, Calif.
