Fitch: Nafin note reopening BBB+/AAA(mex)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned the second reopening of Nacional Financiera SNC's (Nafin) senior unsecured notes due 2026 (NAFF 260925) ratings of BBB+ and AAA(mex).

The notes will be held jointly with local long-term senior unsecured NAFR 200403.

Fitch said the BBB+ rating reflects that these are senior unsecured obligations of Nafin that rank pari passu with other senior debt, and therefore, this rating is aligned with the company's long-term foreign and local currency issuer default ratings of BBB+.
