New Issue: India’s Lodha Developers sells $225 million 14% three-year notes

Los Angeles, March 12 – Lodha Developers International Ltd. issued $225 million of 14% senior secured notes due 2023 on Thursday, according to a notice.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, CLSA Ltd. and UBS AG Singapore Branch are the bookrunners.

Lodha is a Mumbai-based real estate developer.
