Buffalo, N.Y., July 1 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.6 million of 10% annualized single observation Equity LinKed Securities due June 24, 2022 linked to the shares of Etsy, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the final price is less than 66% of the initial price, in which case the payout will be a number of shares equal to $1,000 divided by the initial share price.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
