New Issue: Collier County Health, Fla., sells $63.43 million debt for Moorings

New York, March 18 – The Collier County Health Facilities Authority of Florida sold $63,425,000 of series 2015A residential care facility revenue bonds for Moorings Inc., according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/A+/A+) were sold through BB&T Capital Markets.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2030 with term bonds due in 2035 and 2045. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5%. The 2035 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 99.179 and the 2045 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 97.433 and a 5% coupon priced at 110.852.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority’s series 2000, 2005, 2008 and 2010 revenue bonds.
