Collier County Health, Fla., preps $64.95 million revenue bond offering

New York, March 4 – The Collier County Health Facilities Authority of Florida is set to price $64,945,000 of series 2015A residential care facility revenue bonds for Moorings Inc., according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/A+/A+) will be sold on a negotiated basis with BB&T Capital Markets as the underwriter.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2020 with term bonds due in 2025, 2030, 2035 and 2040.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority’s series 2000, 2005, 2008 and 2010 revenue bonds.
