Moody’s assigns E.ON facilities B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a provisional B1 corporate family rating to E.ON Generacion SLU (ultimate borrower for Fresco Investments Sarl).

Concurrently, the agency assigned a provisional B1 rating to the €355 million senior secured facilities due 2022 with respect to the senior term loan of €275 million, and due 2021 with respect to the €20 million revolving credit facility and the €60 million guarantee facility.

The outlook is stable.

Proceeds will be used to refinance certain existing intercompany debt of E.ON Generacion and to pre-fund part of the planned capital expenditure.
