Harvest CLO XI: subordinated holders mull redemption of several series

Chicago, April 28 – Harvest CLO XI DAC said that some subordinated noteholders are discussing the possibility of redeeming several classes of notes through a refinancing.

The portfolio manager is itself a subordinated noteholder, according to the notice.

Harvest issued the notice to holders of the following series of notes:

• €229.6 million class A-1 senior secured floating-rate notes due 2029;

• €5 million class A-2 senior secured fixed-rate notes due 2029;

• €38.9 million class B-1 senior secured floating-rate notes due 2029;

• €12 million class B-2 senior secured fixed-rate notes due 2029;

• €26.5 million class C senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2029;

• €20.7 million class D senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2029;

• €25.7 million class E senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2029;

• €10.7 million class F senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2029; and

• €45.6 million subordinated notes due 2029.
