Blow & Drive Interlock sells $50,000 notes through private placement

Investor Oren Azuley buys notes due March 31, 2018 and 50,000 shares

Knoxville, Tenn., April 6 – Blow & Drive Interlock Corp. sold a $50,000 nonconvertible promissory note to Oren Azuley on April 4, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The 18% note matures on March 31, 2018.

Azuley also received 50,000 common shares.

The Beverly Hills, Calif., company develops and distributes a breath alcohol ignition interlock device.
