New Issue: UBS prices $203,100 trigger autocallables linked to Barrick Gold

Madison, Wis., Feb. 1 - UBS AG, London Branch priced $203,100 of 0% trigger autocallable optimization securities due Feb. 8, 2013 linked to the common stock of Barrick Gold Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus a call return of 13.01% per year if Barrick Gold shares close at or above the initial share price on any monthly observation date.

If the notes are not called and Barrick Gold shares finish at or above the trigger price, 80% of the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the share price decline from the initial price.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
