California Muni Finance plans $92.84 million of Anaheim electric bonds

New York, June 26 – The California Municipal Finance Authority is slated to price $92.84 million of series 2015B electric utility distribution system refunding and improvement bonds for Anaheim, Calif., on Monday, said a sales calendar.

The bonds (/AA-/AA-) will be sold through Goldman Sachs & Co.

Proceeds will be used to finance a portion of Anaheim’s electric utility capital improvement plan and to refund its series 1999 and 2007 revenue bonds.
