Orbital ATK obtains extensions for filing 10-K, 10-Q to June 30

Minneapolis, April 13 – Orbital ATK, Inc. entered into an extension agreement with its credit agreement lenders to extend the deadline under its credit agreement for filing its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31 and Form 10-Q for the first quarter of 2017 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to June 30, according to an 8-K filing with the SEC.

The deadline was extended from April 14.

Last week, the company filed its Form 10-Q/A for the fiscal quarter ended April 3, 2016 and Forms 10-Q for the fiscal quarters ended July 3, 2016 and Oct. 2, 2016.

Orbital ATK is a Dulles, Va.-based designer, builder and provider of space, defense and aviation systems.
