Orbital ATK obtains extensions for filing 10-Qs, 10-K to April 14

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 14 – Orbital ATK, Inc. entered into an extension agreement with its credit agreement lenders to extend the deadline under its credit agreement for filing the foregoing report with the Securities and Exchange Commission to April 14, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The lenders also agreed to extend the deadline for filing an amended quarterly report on form 10-Q/A for the fiscal quarter ended April 3, 2016 and the quarterly reports on form 10-Q for the fiscal quarters ended July 3, 2016 and Oct. 2, 2016 and the annual form 10-K report for 2016 to April 14.

The company said it expects to file its amended annual report on form 10-K/A, in which it will restate its consolidated financial statements for the nine-month transition period ended Dec. 31, 2015, the fiscal years ended March 31, 2015 and March 31, 2014 and the unaudited financial information for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2013, by the end of February.

Orbital ATK is a Dulles, Va.-based designer, builder and provider of space, defense and aviation systems.
