China’s King Stone Energy eyes issuance of convertible securities

Madison, Wis., Feb. 3 – King Stone Energy Group Ltd. said it is considering an issue of convertible securities.

The company informed shareholders on Tuesday that it is negotiating with independent third parties for a possible fund raising.

King Stone is a coal and silver mining company based in Hong Kong.
